This group was designed for men,

to get fit and bond while pushing each other to new levels.

When it comes to results, consistency and accountability are key.

Sometimes men tend to be the lone wolf.

But when we band together, we can achieve a lot more.

What to expect

12 Workouts / month (1 hour each) *Private Studio

I am a father, husband, Coach, and Ironman triathlete.

I have been training clients in nutrition and exercise for almost 2 decades.

He has a B.S. in Kinesiology, from Arizona State U.

I have trained clients of all levels, from Pro athletes (MLB & NFL), corporate execs, triathletes, and weekend warriors.

I moved to Texas this year from the Seattle area, where i own and manage another gym.

I wanted to create a Men’s Workout group here in Georgetown, so I facilitate and be a part of a brotherhood of men, that can empower and push each other to get and stay healthy.

When we push our bodies and become fit, the other stress in our lives becomes more manageable.

This group is for any fitness level. I will modify the workout to fit any individual needs / requirements.
