A resource for kid’s to create healthy habits.

Sidney Millet (9 years old) has been home schooling for the last few years.

One of the things we focus on teaching her, is to live a happy and healthy life.

Just like we teach our clients, we like to incorporate creating a healthy mindset, movement routine, and nutrition plan.

Sidney had the great idea, to use what she learns about being healthy, and help teach other kids, how to do the same.

Our program incorporates:

  1. Age appropriate workouts.

  2. Healthy food / nutrition advice.

  3. How to develop a healthy mindset.
