I highly recommend Jeff Millet and Northcore for personal training for anyone wanting to take their fitness to the next level. Jeff can tailor a plan for workouts whatever your goals may be. I have been working out with Jeff for the past couple of years. Jeff brings a vast knowledge of training and provides guidance to each client's individual needs. He is able to train everyone from Professional Athletes to those of us that get caught up in the corporate world and want to get our fitness lives back on track. He helped me with a few mobility issues and increase my overall strength. All in all, a good guy inside and outside, of the gym.
